    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">¡Sigue creciendo con nosotros!</span> Buscamos a nuestro próximo talento para asegurar el abastecimiento eficiente de nuestra operación.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">🎯 Propósito del Rol</span></p>\n<p>Proveer los materiales al proceso productivo según la programación, garantizando su correcta rotación, trazabilidad (ubicación, lote y cantidad) y la optimización de los recursos de almacenamiento.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">📦 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operación continua:</span> Abastecer y organizar materiales en zonas WIP, cumpliendo los tiempos para evitar interrupciones en las órdenes de producción.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Inventario y Trazabilidad:</span> Asegurar la exactitud de los inventarios, la correcta rotación FEFO y el registro preciso de ingredientes y lotes en el sistema WMS.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Calidad y Equipos:</span> Validar el estado de las materias primas, dar un manejo adecuado a las averías y revisar el funcionamiento de equipos (básculas, montacargas, Hand Held).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Trabajo en equipo:</span> Realizar empalmes de turno claros y reportar novedades de manera oportuna.</li>\n</ul>",
