    "description": "<p>We are seeking seasoned Project Managers with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in project planning, execution, and risk management.</li>\n<li>A strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Project Manager Responsibilities (include but not limited to):</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals to achieve a successful result.</li>\n<li>Assist COO &amp; GC in development and maintenance of construction Budgets and CPM Schedules in Procore or other project management platform. </li>\n<li>Oversee the design, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases of commercial construction projects. </li>\n<li>Collaborate with Project Coordinator to issue Commitments via Procore (or other project management platform) prior to Commencement. </li>\n<li>Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.</li>\n<li>Issue and manage RFIs, Submittals, RFQs, Change Events, etc in Procore or other project management platform.</li>\n<li>Meeting regularly with project team members to identify and resolve issues. </li>\n<li>Review Meeting Agendas &amp; Minutes in Procore or other project management platform with Project Coordinator prior to OAC Meetings. </li>\n<li>Assess and manage both on-site and off-site risks. </li>\n<li>Conduct weekly Safety Meetings on-site with Superintendent, Subcontractors, and all on-site personnel. </li>\n<li>Supervise the Project Superintendent, site work, and day-to-day construction. </li>\n<li>Complete Safety &amp; QA/QC Inspections at defined points along Critical Path. </li>\n<li>Enter complete and thorough Daily Logs in Procore or other project management platform. </li>\n<li>Ensure that the work meets plan specifications and quality standards. </li>\n<li>Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution. </li>\n<li>Facilitating Change Events to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. </li>\n<li>Defining project deliverables and acceptance criteria. </li>\n<li>Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables. </li>\n<li>Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period. </li>\n<li>Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements. </li>\n<li>Effectively and efficiently maintain a complete and comprehensive project database from inception to completion in Procore or other project management platform, to satisfy archiving requirements of General Contracting and Accounting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Project Manager Qualifications &amp; Skills:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field.</li>\n<li>Project Management Professional (PMP), Construction Management Association of America, or other accredited certification(s) is/are a plus.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial construction project management in an AEC setting.</li>\n<li>Possess an in-depth knowledge of current construction techniques and materials.</li>\n<li>Ability to perform accurate quantity takeoffs and develop estimates for project needs.</li>\n<li>Skilled negotiator to contract agreements that meet all stakeholders' needs and comply with the budget and schedule.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated multitasker able to manage competing priorities and time constraints.</li>\n<li>Ability to lead cross-discipline project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented leader who can delegate when necessary and ensure completion.</li>\n<li>Ability to solve problems and jobsite challenges to keep projects on track.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.</li>\n<li>Experienced and proficient user of construction technology, on-screen takeoff and estimating programs, project management software, CPM scheduling platforms, and other web-based and mobile technologies</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Benefits Package:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health insurance</li>\n<li>Dental insurance</li>\n<li>Vision insurance</li>\n<li>Health club membership</li>\n<li>Flexible schedule</li>\n<li>Paid time off<br></li>\n<li>Paid training</li>\n<li>Continuing Ed reimbursement</li>\n<li>Performance-based incentive opportunities based on project schedules &amp; budgets</li>\n</ul>",
