The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role will also perform other management duties as needed, such as opening and closing the store.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Inventory & Stockroom Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee daily stockroom operations including receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the system.</li>\n <li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment needs.</li>\n <li>Ensure merchandise is properly labeled, stored, and rotated to minimize shrinkage and damage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise and train stock associates on stockroom procedures and safety protocols.</li>\n <li>Delegate tasks effectively and ensure productivity standards are met.</li>\n <li>Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Sales Floor Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate with sales associates and managers to ensure timely restocking of shelves.</li>\n <li>Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal transitions.</li>\n <li>Respond to urgent product requests from the sales floor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance & Safety</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free stockroom environment.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular audits and participate in inventory counts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Other job responsibilities as needed, including opening and closing the store when needed. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.</li>\n <li>2+ years of retail stockroom or inventory experience; supervisory experience a plus.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with inventory systems and basic computer skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions </li>\n <li>Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office.</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n <li>Must be able to ascend/descend a ladder to retrieve and stock products on the shelf or to hang overhead banners/ product.</li>\n <li>Frequently positions self to retrieve and stock products in the stock room and sales floor and to place merchandise in bags.</li>\n <li>Must be able to constantly move around the store for prolonged periods to greet and assist customers.</li>\n <li>Must be able to frequently communicate with the customers in person, electronically, and telephonically.</li>\n <li>Must be able to frequently move merchandise that is 50 pounds or more to and from the stockroom to sales floor.</li>\n <li>Must be able to operate a Point-of-Sale system, registers and handheld devices efficiently and accurately.</li>\n</ul>",
