Theradex Oncology is an environment for highly motivated individuals who want to make a difference.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Opportunity</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Senior Full Stack Engineer - Contract</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> Princeton NJ and Remote – Preference given to applicants residing on the East Coast</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeing a Contract Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deliver modern, production-grade applications across the full technology stack. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, with responsibility for solution quality, performance, and usability. The position includes providing technical direction, guidance, and mentorship to mid-level and junior developers. Responsibilities will include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack solutions, including frontend, backend services, APIs, and data integrations.</li>\n <li>Build modern, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces, working closely with UX and product partners.</li>\n <li>Define and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions for production environments.</li>\n <li>Translate product and business requirements into clear, well-structured technical designs.</li>\n <li>Provide ongoing technical guidance, code reviews, and implementation support to mid-level and junior developers.</li>\n <li>Promote and enforce best practices for coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and deployment.</li>\n <li>Take ownership of complex features and workflows from design through production release.</li>\n <li>Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and operational stability.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.</li>\n <li>Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>. </em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You Need</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree preferred</li>\n <li>4–6 years of professional software development experience in full stack roles</li>\n <li>Experience with end-to-end project to include gathering requirements, UX, production and deployment</li>\n <li>2+ years experience with .Net Core & C#</li>\n <li>Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)</li>\n <li>Solid backend development experience</li>\n <li>Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases</li>\n <li>Experience building, deploying, and supporting production-grade applications</li>\n <li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, testing strategies, and version control</li>\n <li>Able to work effectively as a remote worker</li>\n <li>Possibility of occasional domestic travel for face-to-face meetings or training. Advanced notice will be provided</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning in a team environment</li>\n <li>Experience with secure coding, performance optimization, observability (logging, metrics and tracing) in production systems </li>\n <li>Proven track record owning technical decisions and deliver outcomes for a project or product area. </li>\n <li>Extensive experience as a full stack developer, including delivering at least one complex system from concept to production</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and track assignments to meet the needs of internal and external clients. </li>\n <li>The ability to convery or share ideas in a concise terms that others understand</li>\n <li>Works to establish and maintain positive working relationships while offering added value and insight</li>\n <li>Guides others to strengthen their knowledge, skills, and abilities to accomplish goals</li>\n <li>Must have strong communication skills and be fluent in English</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Theradex we offer a supportive culture that puts people first. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $135,000-170,000.
