Starting annual salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>The Project Management Analyst provides hands-on support for projects and the project management office by assisting with coordination, documentation, reporting, and execution activities across technology and business initiatives.</p><p>This role supports project delivery, helping ensure initiatives stay organized, visible, and on track. It is an ideal role for someone looking to build a foundation in project management and enterprise technology delivery.</p><p>This position is perfect for someone beginning their project management career who is highly organized, eager to learn, and interested in working on a diverse portfolio of IT projects, including digital products, ERP migrations, service management, and operational initiatives.</p><p>The Project Management Analysis will collaborate closely with senior project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are well documented, transparent, and progressing according to plan.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><p><strong>Project Support &amp; Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Support project managers in maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.</li><li>Assist with tracking action items, risks, issues, and decisions.</li><li>Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and follow up on action items.</li><li>Support status reporting, dashboards, and governance updates.</li><li>Assist with cutover planning activities, readiness checklists, and go-live coordination.</li></ul><p><strong>Delivery Support</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional needs.</li><li>Help maintain backlogs, enhancement lists, and defect tracking in delivery tools.</li><li>Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives as applicable.</li><li>Assist in gathering user feedback and documenting improvement opportunities.</li><li>Help track feature progress and delivery status against agreed priorities.</li></ul><p><strong>Documentation &amp; Process Support</strong></p><ul><li>Help maintain project and product documentation, including plans, RAID logs, meeting notes, and standards.</li><li>Support process documentation and updates as initiatives evolve.</li><li>Assist in documenting lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.</li><li>Help ensure project artifacts follow PMO standards and templates.</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Support</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with IT, Finance, Business, and external partners as directed.</li><li>Assist in identifying dependencies and impacts across initiatives.</li><li>Support capacity tracking, time tracking, and utilization reporting as needed.</li><li>Help escalate risks and issues to senior team members in a timely manner.</li></ul>",
