The office is near to the Fort Lauderdale Airport.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Public accounting experience highly recommended.</li><li>Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting is required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>QuickBooks experience is required for this role. </strong>Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and the ability to reconcile data sets) are highly preferred.</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and process high-volume accounts payable transactions    <ul>      <li>Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely in QuickBooks</li>      <li>Prepare and process vendor payments</li>      <li>Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies</li>    </ul></li><li>Support accounts receivable processes as needed    <ul>      <li>Assist with customer invoicing and application of customer payments</li>    </ul></li><li>Assist with monthly close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations</li><li>Maintain organized and accurate financial records and supporting documentation</li><li>Support audit requests and provide documentation as needed</li><li>Communicate with internal teams (Fleet, Operations, Legal) to ensure accurate expense tracking</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency</li></ul>",
