Your ability to anticipate the needs of bartenders and front‑of‑house staff, assist with essential bar functions, and uphold high standards of cleanliness directly contributes to delivering a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. Casino & Hotel brand.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stock bar items daily.</li>\n <li>Fill ice bins as needed.</li>\n <li>Assume duties of bartender and cocktail waitress during breaks.</li>\n <li>Replace bottles on Easy System, replacing juices and beer kegs.</li>\n <li>Empty garbage and clean up spills.</li>\n <li>Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Great work ethic</li>\n <li>Helpful attitude </li>\n <li>Comfortable taking orders</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of \n  <ul>\n   <li>All bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws and regulations, and gaming laws.</li>\n   <li>Sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol. </li>\n   <li>C02 gauges.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.</li>\n <li>Minimum of six (6) months experience in the food and beverage field.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning</li>\n   <li>Handle multi-tasking heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 30 pounds frequently </li>\n   <li>Lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects</li>\n   <li>Climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, </li>\n   <li>Work under variable temperatures and noise levels</li>\n   <li>Use near vision, see details at close range</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Please note that this is a union position, and individuals in this role may be required to pay applicable union dues and fees.</p>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Perks We Offer You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive group health benefits for full-time and part-time Team Members and their eligible dependents.
