The role also reviews emergency orders for assigned vendors and determines the best fulfillment method, including transfers, distribution center stock, or direct shipment from the vendor. Additional responsibilities include updating branches on shipping or ordering delays caused by supply chain issues, participating in vendor meetings, monitoring shipment forecasts, maintaining product cross-references in the ERP system, recording and reporting branch lost sales, loading price files, running inventory audit lists, reviewing online special requests, creating axle build assembly part numbers when needed, assisting with call center overflow, and representing the company professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams.&nbsp;</p>",
