    "jobDescription": "<p>The Project Manager Video Services – (Freelance, part-time) will serve as an Independent Contractor for the internal video services department.  <span>As a Project Manager, you will assist the Manager of Video Services, internal and external video producers, directors, and videographers for creative projects, video shoots, and photo shoots across pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery.</span> You will also collaborate with internal clients, Marketing Specialists, Writers and Producers for creative projects, providing clear and helpful customer services. </p><p></p><p><u>This role is a freelance, part‑time position. The selected individual will operate as an independent contractor and will bill Baird for hours worked. This position is not a regular Baird Associate role and is not eligible for Associate benefits.</u></p><p></p><p><b>The Impact You’ll Make:</b></p><p></p><p><u>Project Management:</u></p><ul><li><p>Participate in weekly Video Services Team meetings</p></li><li><p>Convert Workfront requests to jobs</p></li><li><p>Create Timelines in Workfront</p></li><li><p>Opens job folders in Active Jobs on the server</p></li><li><p>Schedule project kick-off meetings</p></li><li><p>Schedule scouting trips</p></li><li><p>Reserve selected shooting locations, both within Baird facilities and for off-site productions</p></li><li><p>Hire and schedules crew</p></li><li><p>Schedule talent when necessary and communicate timelines, production needs, and wardrobe preferences</p></li><li><p>Obtains compliance approvals</p></li><li><p>Upload assets to Digital Asset Management (DAM) system</p></li><li><p>Share final production deliverables as needed in various formats as directed by manager</p></li><li><p>Communicate project updates with clients, Marketing Specialists, Writers and Creative/Art Directors</p></li><li><p>Manage multiple ongoing creative projects and works with team to flag issues and possible delays</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Video Shoot Assistance:</u></p><ul><li><p>Transport equipment to and from locations</p></li><li><p>Set up and strike video equipment (lighting, cameras, tripods, sound equipment, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Meet vendors, talent, and Baird partners at security and escorts them to the proper floor / location</p></li><li><p>Assist internal and external Videographers, Directors, and Producers during all phases of production</p></li><li><p>Periodic camera operation as needed/able</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Bring to Baird:</b></p><ul><li><p>Creative project management experience in the video services and photo space</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft platform (Outlook, Excel, Word)</p></li><li><p>Experience with Workfront Project Management system (or similar project management system)</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of video production workflows</p></li><li><p>Must have independent registered business (LLC preferred)</p></li><li><p>Valid EIN required</p></li><li><p>Ability to invoice biweekly</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-AK1</p><p><i><span>Baird is committed to diversity and provides employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, citizenship, national origin, age, disability, military service, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, or any other status protected by law.</span> </i></p>",
