This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work and takes pride in producing high-quality, precision metal components.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">You will have the opportunity to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up and operate <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CNC and mechanical press brake machines</span></li>\n<li>Read and interpret <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">blueprints</span> to determine proper bend sequences</li>\n<li>Create and document <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">basic CNC programs</span> for production runs</li>\n<li>Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">accuracy and quality standards</span></li>\n<li>Assist with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">preventive maintenance</span> on press brake equipment<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What we are looking for:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience operating a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">press brake or similar fabrication equipment</span></li>\n<li>Ability to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">read and interpret blueprints</span></li>\n<li>Experience using <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">measuring tools</span> such as tape measures, rulers, and combination squares</li>\n<li>Strong <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">attention to detail and quality</span></li>\n<li>Basic <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">math skills and mechanical aptitude</span></li>\n<li>Comfort working with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">computers and machine interfaces</span> is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What’s in it for you?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday)</span> – enjoy a long weekend every week</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Weekly pay</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$19–$27 per hour</span> depending on experience</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Full benefits package</span> available the 1st of the month after 60 days</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Paid time off after 6 months</span> of employment, including your birthday!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:</span> Full-time | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.</p>",
