Drawing on your expertise in laboratory science and informatics, you’ll serve as a dedicated consultant, working directly with customers to understand their needs, configure solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our product.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">This role spans consultation, requirements gathering, documentation, LIMS configuration, validation testing, support ticket resolution, and light project management. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our implementation and customer success teams to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to each customer’s unique workflows. In some cases, you may also support customer projects outside of Labbit. font-size: 10pt\"><br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with configuring scientific software or laboratory workflows, including scripting (e.g., Python), JSON, and SQL for data handling.</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
