Title: Outside Sales Business Development Leader – West Coast (San Francisco) Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer Status: Full-Time, Exempt – 100% Remote Base Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 + Uncapped Variable Commission (OTE $150k) - Health Insurance - 100% of employee premiums paid by BioProcure Job Overview BioProcure is scaling rapidly across the U.S. life science ecosystem. We are seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Business Development Leader to manage the US West Coast territory. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new leads, fostering existing client relationships, and delivering persuasive presentations. This role requires extensive travel within the territory to meet clients at their locations. Key responsibilities include prospecting, conducting demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. This is a hands-on, outside sales role that requires both strategic selling and daily outbound execution. For the first two quarters, the Outside Sales Business Development Leader will operate independently without SDR support, managing the full pipeline generation and closing process while building regional brand presence. Key Responsibilities Territory Ownership & Pipeline Generation Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for the US West Coast territory, with a focus on emerging biotech and life science startups. Source and qualify new opportunities through outbound prospecting, event networking, and partner relationships with incubators, investors, and advisors. Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations to educate clients and understand their needs. Develop and maintain an active pipeline of high-quality opportunities within HubSpot; ensure 100% data accuracy and forecast visibility. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth Lead the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, product demonstration, value storytelling, negotiation, and close. Drive consistent quota attainment through disciplined daily activity and strategic account prioritization. Tailor presentations and demos to resonate with scientific founders, finance leaders, and operations executives. Negotiate contracts and multi-year agreements that align with company pricing and margin objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner cross-functionally to refine messaging, outbound sequences, and deal qualification criteria. Represent Prendio-BioProcure at regional industry events, incubator programs, and life science innovation hubs to strengthen market visibility. Provide voice-of-customer insights to influence product and marketing strategy. Qualifications & Experience 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally in procurement, finance, or life science sectors. Demonstrated success prospecting and closing net-new business without SDR or inbound pipeline support. Proven ability to consistently exceed quota and manage high-velocity deal cycles. Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the assigned territory.
