Join the team at our Exclusive Beach Club located directly on the beautiful Gulf coast at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. As a Server, you will deliver elevated, personalized service in a relaxed yet refined open-air beachfront setting. This role requires energy, poise, and a passion for hospitality while creating unforgettable experiences for our club members and guests. General Purpose: · Work steps from the beach with unbeatable coastal views every shift · Be part of an exclusive, high-end club atmosphere · Meet guests from around the world in a vibrant resort setting · Enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same · Make great money while soaking up sunshine and sea breeze Requirements: · Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all members and guests · Present menus, answer questions, and make knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations · Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system · Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure quality standards are met · Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service · Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas · Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately · Work collaboratively with bartenders, food runners, and culinary team · Uphold all safety, sanitation, and resort standards Physical Requirements (Open-Air Environment) This position operates in an outdoor, open-air beach club environment and requires the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hour shifts) Lift and carry trays weighing up to 30–40 pounds Frequently bend, reach, twist, and stoop Must be able to serve food and drinks walking across the sand to beach chairs Work in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, wind, and occasional rain Tolerate direct sun exposure and high temperatures Move quickly and safely across sand, deck surfaces, and tiled areas Maintain stamina and a positive attitude during peak service times Safely navigate wet floors and crowded dining areas Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred (resort or upscale dining experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays EOE M/D/F/V
