Subsidiary New Millennium
Overview
You'll own multiple internal software products from concept to adoption, working directly with employees across the organization to understand their needs and build solutions that move the needle. This role requires independent judgment, initiative, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with portfolio strategy
Define features and acceptance criteria that guide development priorities
Independently lead user discovery through interviews, site visits, workshops, etc.
Prioritize backlog items and make final decisions on feature development within portfolio direction
Serve as the primary bridge between development teams, users, and stakeholders
Coordinate with the Portfolio Owner to navigate shared development resources
Plan and execute beta testing programs with end users
Lead product rollouts including demonstrations and release communications
Facilitate feature demos for new functionality requiring user instruction
Monitor user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Qualifications
Required:
Strong organizational and time management abilities driven by self-motivation
Excellent written communication, including the ability to write clear, concise feature definitions and acceptance criteria
Effective presentation and training delivery skills
Facilitation skills for leading workshops, discovery sessions, and user meetings
Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and end users
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Change management skills to drive user adoption
Preferred:
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience working in decentralized organizations
Experience with internal facing or enterprise products
Proven ability to work with cross functional teams and shared resources
Track record of driving user adoption for software products
