    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.37.26/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Our Mission Statement:</strong> <span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The Rescue Mission of Utica, Inc. is a Christian Ministry, established to proclaim, in word and deed, the life changing Gospel of Jesus Christ, by unconditionally endeavoring to assess and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of those individuals seeking assistance.</span><br>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Job Title:</strong> <strong><ins>Resident Counselor/Direct Care</ins></strong> &nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Job Summary:</strong> <span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The primary responsibility of the Resident Counselor is to provide direct support and skill building to people diagnosed with mental illness at the Enriched Living Center, a 52-bed OMH-certified residence.</span> &nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align:justify;\">&nbsp;<strong>Essential Job Functions</strong> &nbsp;</p><ul><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align:justify;\">Interact with the residents as frequently as possible in order to build trust and rapport.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align:justify;\">Promote, model and teach acceptable social behaviors to the residents.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align:justify;\">Monitor the security camera system to maintain a safe environment.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align:justify;\">Teach the residents with: personal hygiene, laundering, and social skills. &nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align:justify;\">Prompt and assist residents to maintain the cleanliness of their rooms.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align:justify;\">Assist in housekeeping duties, and oversee the cleaning of residents&rsquo;
