Registered as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by ARRT          </li>\n<p>                                              OR</p>\n<li>B. Eligible for certification by ARRT (Board eligible)</li>\n<li>A. New graduate employees must take the registration boards within six (6) months of graduation or hire date</li>\n<p>                               AND</p>\n<li>B.
