      "content": "\n<li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment in compliance with DOT regulations</li>\n<li>Operate tractor-trailers to transport equipment and materials to and from job sites</li>\n<li>Verify load security, permits, and specifications for oversized or overweight equipment</li>\n<li>Participate in daily safety meetings and work planning discussions</li>\n<li>Load, unload, and stage materials and equipment for field operations</li>\n<li>Support rail-related work including rerailing, load transfer, and track repair or construction</li>\n<li>Assist with setup, inspection, and operation of cranes and heavy equipment</li>\n<li>Operate machinery such as cranes, excavators, backhoes, dump trucks, and grapple trucks (if qualified)</li>\n<li>Perform rigging activities using chains, cables, and winches</li>\n<li>Use hydraulic tools, welding equipment, torches, electrical tools, and hand tools as needed</li>\n<li>Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical concerns</li>\n<li>Complete minor maintenance and service tasks; escalate complex repairs as needed</li>\n<li>Assist with disassembly, loading, and cleanup after job completion</li>\n<li>Restock tools and materials in preparation for future assignments</li>\n<li>Maintain clean, organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas</li>\n<li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times</li>\n"
