    "description": "What you will do A Talent Acquisition specialist, you will support Klarna’s hiring efforts in the US and EU by managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a high-volume environment. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing guidance and ensuring alignment on hiring needs while delivering a seamless candidate experience. This position combines strategic stakeholder engagement with hands-on execution, including conducting initial interviews and coordinating onboarding administration. You will also contribute to improving recruitment operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability across hiring activities. Who you are • Experience working in Talent Acquisition and HR within a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and build strong working relationships across teams • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high-volume workloads • Comfortable conducting initial candidate interviews and managing recruitment coordination tasks • Detail-oriented with experience handling onboarding administration and process execution • Strong communication skills with working proficiency in English • Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize effectively under pressure Awesome to have • Experience supporting hiring in the US market • Experience hiring business development, commercial and GTM positions • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools • Experience working in fintech, technology, or other high-growth environments Please include a CV in English Curious to learn more about Klarna and what it’s like to work here?
