This position is intended for individuals who are comfortable working independently, communicating with dispatch, and performing security services in a professional and reliable manner.</p><p>This is a part-time, on-call employee position. Hours are not guaranteed, and assignments are offered based on client needs, employee availability, qualifications, location, and authorization to perform the assignment.</p><h2>What You’ll Do</h2><ul><li>Perform mobile security assignments at client locations</li><li>Maintain a visible, professional, and courteous security presence</li><li>Observe, document, and report incidents, safety concerns, suspicious activity, or unusual conditions</li><li>Provide professional customer service when interacting with residents, staff, clients, and members of the public</li><li>Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and team members</li><li>Follow post orders, client site instructions, company policies, and applicable Oregon private security requirements</li><li>Complete accurate incident reports, activity logs, and assignment documentation as required</li></ul><h2>Work Structure</h2><ul><li>Flexible, part-time, on-call employee role</li><li>No guaranteed hours or fixed schedule</li><li>Assignments are offered as they become available</li><li>Employees may accept available assignments they are qualified and authorized to perform</li><li>Assignments may include short-duration coverage, mobile patrol assignments, scheduled shifts, or extended assignments</li><li>Meal periods, rest breaks, overtime, and other wage-and-hour requirements will be handled in accordance with applicable Oregon and federal law</li></ul><h2>Compensation</h2><ul><li>Starting pay: $25.00 per hour for compensable time worked</li><li>Minimum pay per assignment may apply, depending on assignment details and applicable law</li><li>Overtime will be paid in accordance with applicable law</li><li>Travel time, mileage, vehicle-related reimbursement, and other required business expenses will be handled in accordance with applicable Oregon law and company policy</li><li>Oregon sick time and any other legally required benefits or paid time off will be provided in accordance with applicable law</li></ul><p><br></p><h2>Equal Opportunity Statement</h2><p>Advanced Sentry LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
