    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>\n <strong>Position Summary:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n The Senior HRIS Analyst (Compensation) serves as the functional systems lead for our Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module strategy. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle features including workflows, fast formulas, and merit/bonus configurations. Working with our Total Rewards team, you'll optimize our existing processes while driving strategic enhancements to support our business.\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n  &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n As the Senior Analyst you'll lead all module enhancements and configuration projects. Your expertise will be critical in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that maintain data integrity across our integrated systems. Through partnership with HR, Compensation, IT and Penske Leadership, you’ll drive continuous improvements to our rewards programs while adhering to regulatory standards. This role combines deep Oracle HCM system proficiency with high-level HR compensation strategy execution.\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n  &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <strong>Major Responsibilities:</strong>\n</div>\n<div>\n • Lead end-to-end configuration of Oracle HCM Compensation modules\n</div>\n<div>\n • Assist in annual compensation cycle system preparations\n</div>\n<div>\n • Maintain complex Fast Formulas to support compensation processesAssist in the Design reports and dashboards\n</div>\n<div>\n • Maintain data integrity of compensation data and key related set ups\n</div>\n<div>\n • Analyze system performance during compensation cycles\n</div>\n<div>\n • Oversee acceptance testing for Oracle updates\n</div>\n<div>\n • Support HR training programs for compensation tools\n</div>\n<div>\n • Maintain HCM configuration documentation and technical process documentation repository\n</div>\n<div>\n • Translate Total Rewards strategy into HCM system requirements\n</div>\n<div>\n • Participate in HR technology roadmap planning\n</div>\n<div>\n • Recommend system enhancements for regulatory compliance\n</div>\n<div>\n • Manage Oracle support cases for escalated compensation incidents\n</div>\n<div>\n • Coordinate with IT and Managed services on compensation projects and testing\n</div>\n<div>\n • Troubleshoot SaaS issues\n</div>\n<div>\n • Identify automation opportunities\n</div>\n<div>\n • Monitor compensation data integrity through cycle\n</div>\n<div>\n • Other projects and tasks as assigned\n</div>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>",
