    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Sourcing Specialist assists the Recruitment Team in identifying top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices. They are skilled in utilizing various sourcing methods and platforms to identify, engage, and nurture potential candidates for open positions.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Review and evaluate candidate profiles to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles. Conduct telephone screening with them as required.</li>\n <li>Organizes and attends internal and external job fairs and serves as a brand ambassador, effectively representing the organization's values, culture, and opportunities to potential hires.</li>\n <li>Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand job requirements.</li>\n <li>Understanding the ongoing hiring needs of their organization and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for various positions.</li>\n <li>Conducting proactive candidate searches and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs</li>\n <li>Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisements and managing responses</li>\n <li>Independently research new and tending practices in the industry</li>\n <li>Reaching out to target talent via social networks</li>\n <li>Designing & conducting engaging talent outreach campaigns, driving applications and engagement</li>\n <li>Analyzing sourcing data and metrics to optimize processes</li>\n <li>Managing applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate candidate data</li>\n <li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet sourcing needs and providing regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and outcomes to stakeholders</li>\n <li>Serves as backup to the onboarding team with onboarding candidates and front desk coverage as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. </li>\n <li>Minimum 2 years’ experience working in customer service </li>\n <li>Experience working in Human Resources preferred </li>\n <li>Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred </li>\n <li>Ability to assess and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements, company culture, and values</li>\n <li>Able to work both independently and as part of a team</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills</li>\n <li>Ability to lead, guide and motivate others.</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively </li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent problem-solving abilities</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.
