Year-round, steady consistent work Career Advancement - we invest in our employees, promote within, and provide genuine opportunities for growth and development You will join a hard-working recycling team and help significantly reduce the impact of tire waste on our environment What to Expect: The General Laborer position involves performing a variety of tasks in all aspects of the plant’s functions and assisting the plant manager with other duties such as: Derimmer: You will operate a gas-powered machine to safely remove rims from tires Route Helper: You will ride with a professional CDL driver and assist them with curbside collection Processor: You will work with a team to hand unload tires from incoming trailers onto a conveyor belt for processing Tire Grade: You will work with the grade team to inspect tires for defects and hand load customer trailers Benefits: Paid Overtime!!
