    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Résumé du poste</span></p>\n<p>L’alternant-e interviendra en support <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">transverse</span> de l’ensemble du <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">département Finance </span>(Controlling France &amp; Capex / Comptabilité) dans une entreprise de <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Centers</span> à forte croissance.<br>Il/elle participera aux travaux mensuels, au suivi des indicateurs, aux analyses de comptes, au reporting opérationnel et à l’amélioration des outils financiers. Le poste offre une vision globale du fonctionnement d’une direction financière dans le secteur des data centers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">MISSIONS PRINCIPALES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Reporting mensuel</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participer à la préparation du reporting mensuel dont le rapprochement entre comptabilité et analytique.</li>\n<li>Mettre à jour les tableaux de bord existants et produire les indicateurs clés.</li>\n<li>Assurer la qualité et la cohérence des données financières.</li>\n<li>Mettre à jour les tableaux de suivi Capex payés.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soutien au département Comptabilité</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aide à la saisie des factures fournisseurs en période haute.</li>\n<li>Aider aux travaux de cut-off, classement des pièces et revue de comptes.</li>\n<li>Assister à la préparation de documents pour les audits ou contrôles internes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Amélioration des outils &amp; automatisation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participer à l’évolution des outils de reporting (Excel, Power Query, Power BI).</li>\n<li>Automatiser des fichiers récurrents (contrôles, dashboards, extractions).</li>\n<li>Participer à des projets transverses d’amélioration continue dans le département Finance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PROFIL RECHERCHÉ</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Formation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Étudiant-e en Master (Bac+4/5) Finance, Comptabilité, Gestion, Contrôle de gestion ou équivalent.</li>\n<li>Idéalement une spécialisation finance d’entreprise / contrôle de gestion.</li>\n<li>Rythme : 2 jours/3 jours par semaine</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compétences techniques</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maîtrise d’Excel (TCD, formules de base, nettoyage de données).</li>\n<li>Bon niveau de compréhension comptable &amp; analytique.</li>\n<li>Anglais professionnel.</li>\n<li>Aisance avec les chiffres, rigueur et sens du détail.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Notions de Power Query ou Power BI est un atout.</li>\n<li>Connaissance d’un ERP comptable est un atout.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compétences comportementales</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Curiosité, envie d’apprendre et autonomie progressive.</li>\n<li>Capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle.</li>\n<li>Aisance relationnelle, envie de travailler en équipe.</li>\n<li>Sens de l’organisation et fiabilité.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bénéfices du poste pour l’alternant-e</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vision 360° d’une direction financière complète (compta + controlling + projets).</li>\n<li>Montée en compétence accélérée grâce à l’exposition à plusieurs métiers.</li>\n<li>Participation active aux cycles financiers (closing, forecast, budget).</li>\n<li>Développement des compétences en data, analyses et outils BI.</li>\n</ul>",
