    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Graphics Engineer Web Designer develops and produces custom 2D/3D models and animations to support briefings, training materials, and technical visualizations tailored for the US Army. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Create dynamic motion graphics, animated sequences, and visual effects that enhance multimedia presentations and digital communications.</p>\n<p>· Design visually cohesive products—such as posters, infographics, and print materials—that integrate 3D renderings and models for both internal and external distribution.</p>\n<p>· Translate complex technical data into accurate and engaging visual content, including schematics, system overviews, and operational workflows.</p>\n<p>· Collaborate with communication teams to storyboard, design, and execute animation projects that align with CPE IEW&S branding and messaging standards.</p>\n<p>· Format and optimize graphic and animated content for use across various platforms, including print, PowerPoint, web, and video.</p>\n<p>· Ensure all visual media products comply with Army and CPE IEW&S branding, security, and accessibility requirements</p>\n<p>· Supports the production of awards, including but not limited to the matting and framing of various products</p>\n<p>· Supports various photography requirements for events, conferences, and meetings</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Bachelors Degree - graphic design, 3D computer animation, product design, 3D visual effects production and 3D computer game design</p>\n<p>· A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in the field of graphics, videography, and/or other design-relevant experience required, with 5 years of experience in the field of 3D design or other related fields</p>\n<p>· Associate's degree in graphic design, 3D computer animation, product design, 3D visual effects production, and 3D computer game design, and a minimum of seven (7) years' experience in the field of 3D design or other related fields.</p>\n<p>· Demonstrated ability to design and develop new 3D concepts, review and improve existing designs and products, and create documentation for concepts.</p>\n<p>· Proven ability to create various design layouts and concepts for projects with CAD tools.</p>\n<p>· Proficient in the latest 3D modelling tools and technology, including but not limited to SketchUp, Autodesk, and Altium Designer.</p>\n<p>· Demonstrated an understanding of video game design, forensic animation, architectural modelling, film production, marketing and advertising, and 3D printing.</p>\n<p>· Possesses knowledge of multiple PC and Macintosh application packages, including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and drawing packages.</p>\n<p>· Back up support to website development and maintenance.</p>\n<p>· Proficiency in industry-standard design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.</p>\n<p>· Portfolio of work may be requested</p>\n<p>· Secret Clearance</p>\n<p>Salary Range: $140,000 - $163,000</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The above salary range represents a general guidline.
