Reporting to the office/finance team, you'll support day-to-day accounting and administrative operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced food production and retail business. This is an ideal opportunity for a student who is strong with numbers, highly organized, and eager to learn how finance operates in a real-world environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable and production orders</li>\n<li>Help reconcile invoices, receipts, and statements for accuracy</li>\n<li>Support general bookkeeping tasks and maintain organized financial records</li>\n<li>Assist with tracking inventory costs and other operational data</li>\n<li>Provide general administrative support to the office team (filing, scanning, document management)</li>\n<li>Help prepare basic reports and spreadsheets</li>\n<li>Other accounting and admin tasks as assigned<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field</li>\n<li>Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; comfort learning new software</li>\n<li>Reliable, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Details</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Type:</span> Summer internship (30-35 hours/week)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> On-site at our Woodbridge Head Office at 111 Strada Drive</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duration:</span> July - August 2026</li>\n</ul>",
