      "content": "\n<li>Design, implement or improve features in a variety of backend systems including our REST APIs, microservices, data ingestion and processing systems, and distributed task/job processing systems</li>\n<li>Write and maintain scalable, performant and secure code that can be shared across platforms</li>\n<li>Meaningfully contribute to the product and core backend systems by suggesting and executing improvements</li>\n<li>Improve engineering standards, tooling, processes and security</li>\n<li>Practice test-driven development</li>\n<li>Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack</li>\n<li>Participate in on-call rotations, as needed, to ensure prompt and effective resolution of critical technical issues</li>\n<li>Utilize OWASP top 10 techniques to secure code from vulnerabilities</li>\n<li>Maintain awareness of industry best practices for data maintenance handling as it relates to your role</li>\n<li>Adhere to policies, guidelines and procedures pertaining to the protection of information assets</li>\n<li>Report actual or suspected security and/or policy violations/breaches to an appropriate authority</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>You have a Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field</li>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience with building scalable web applications</li>\n<li>You have experience or a strong interest in writing applications in Node.js</li>\n<li>You have designed and implemented highly-available distributed systems/microservices</li>\n<li>You have experience building platforms that expose scalable backend APIs</li>\n<li>You have deep experience working with relational databases, Postgres preferred</li>\n<li>Understanding monitoring and alerting platforms is a plus</li>\n<li>You strongly believe in high code quality, automated testing, and other engineering best practices</li>\n<li>You have attention to detail and a passion for correctness</li>\n<li>You are comfortable with ambiguity and scoping solutions with your teammates</li>\n<li>You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with a bias towards action</li>\n"
