    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">The Classroom Assistant works collaboratively with the CLC Teachers and Administrators, assisting with the daily operations of the classroom and/or center. The Classroom Assistant will assist with supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times and, when necessary, to alert the teacher of possible problems and needs of individual students or the group.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Typical tasks include but are not limited to the following:</p>\n<ol>\n <li>1. Assists with classroom set up and implementation of the daily schedule.</li>\n <li>2. Assists assigned teacher(s) with implementing daily lesson plans and classroom schedules by direct teaching, working with small groups, or individual interaction and temporarily assume teacher responsibilities if needed.</li>\n <li>3. Helps maintain a positive environment by interacting with the children and staff.</li>\n <li>4. Assists with keeping classrooms, storage areas, outdoor areas, and the center clean, neat, and orderly.</li>\n <li>5. Attends to health, nutrition, and personal hygiene needs of the children.</li>\n <li>6. Assists with inventory of supplies and materials and reports needs to the appropriate individual.</li>\n <li>7. Creates classroom materials needed to implement daily lesson plans and themes.</li>\n <li>8.
