This role focuses on supervising outdoor activities, ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures, and providing friendly, high-quality customer service. Team members serve as positive ambassadors of Mooville by creating a welcoming environment and assisting guests of all ages.</p><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Actively monitor guests participating in outdoor activities to always ensure safe behavior.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow all Mooville safety policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct daily routine safety checks on activity areas, equipment, and surroundings.&nbsp;</li><li>Clearly explain rules, safety guidelines, and proper use of equipment to guests&nbsp;</li><li>Respond quickly, calmly, and appropriately to incidents, injuries, or emergencies.&nbsp;</li><li>Report safety concerns, hazards, or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.</li><li>Greeting guests warmly and assist them with activities, questions, and directions.&nbsp;</li><li>Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging experience for guests of all ages.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, and supervisors.&nbsp;</li><li>Handle guest concerns or complaints with courtesy, patience, and professionalism.</li><li>Encourage participation and help guests feel comfortable and confident during activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Work cooperatively with other team members to maintain smooth operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with setup, breakdown, and general cleanliness of activity areas.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and follow Mooville dress code standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:1.0in;\"><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Strong customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to follow safety rules, regulations, and procedures consistently.</li><li>Have a friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy or stressful environment.</li><li>Previous customer service experience in an outdoor recreation or safety role.
