    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Following, respecting &amp; establishing all EHS standards, guidelines &amp; protocols in workplace&nbsp;<br>Commissioning of plant and Equipments, &nbsp;<br>Troubleshooting of PLC, VFDs and DCS&nbsp;<br>Erection and commissioning of green field projects with Calderys safety and quality standards&nbsp;<br>Ensuring the inspection &amp; plant maintenance is being executed using proper techniques.&nbsp;<br>Handling CAPEX projects and delivery on time.&nbsp;<br>Ensuring adherence to planned cost &amp; timeline.&nbsp;<br>Ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the equipment.&nbsp;<br>Developing technical specification for equipment / material for purchases and for subcontracting in SAP.&nbsp;<br>Ensuring jobs are executed in safely as per company protocols &amp; with required quality.&nbsp;<br>Adopting the operational excellence culture as and when required. Co-ordination and compliance of Internal &amp;&nbsp;<br>External audits and statutory requirements.</p><p><strong>Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br>Good knowledge on P&amp;ID, SLD, circuit drawings, etc.&nbsp;<br>Knowledge in Autocad for preparing layout, wiring diagram.&nbsp;<br>Sound knowledge of field instruments like Level Transmitters, Control Valves, Pressure Transmitters,&nbsp;<br>Temperature Transmitters etc.&nbsp;<br>Troubleshooting knowledge on PLC, VFDs and DCS&nbsp;<br>Knowledge of electrical interface for signal exchange between PCC/MCC/Switchyard&nbsp;<br>Basic Electrical knowledge like reviewing SLD, Load Calculation&nbsp;<br>Experience on project execution&nbsp;<br>Knowledge on IP/OP testing&nbsp;<br>Experience on plant commissioning&nbsp;<br>Perseverant, results/action oriented&nbsp;<br>Able to create value&nbsp;<br>Well-organised, able to handle multiple priorities and flexible.&nbsp;<br>Strong creative mind-set, self-starter, team player, strategic thinker&nbsp;<br>Ability to interpret basic financial data&nbsp;<br>Excellent communication, able to facilitate discussions and prepare presentations&nbsp;<br>Ability to lead and deal with senior managers across organisation&nbsp;<br>Good management skill-Computer literate with advanced level in MS Excel and Power-point&nbsp;</p><p><br><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Essential: B.
