    "description": "<p>Job Opening: Fiat On/Off-Ramp Product Manager (C-End Experience &amp; Channels)</p>\n<p>We are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Manager</span> with sharp consumer insights and a strong grasp of payment fundamentals to build industry-leading Web3 fiat on/off-ramp products.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">End-toEnd Experience Design</span>: Own the full user journey for fiat deposits/withdrawals, including account setup, multi-payment methods across regions, payment status tracking, and automated recovery for exceptions.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Payment Channel Management</span>: Partner with global providers (e.g., Thunes, Worldpay, BankingCircle) and local payment methods (LPMs). Understand channel capabilities, fee structures, and design user-centric routing strategies.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Conversion Optimization</span>: Build monitoring systems for the payment funnel, identify drop-off points, and optimize key steps to maximize conversion.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Funds Flow &amp; Compliance</span>: Design robust reconciliation, settlement, and FX lock mechanisms to ensure fund safety and compliance across fiat and crypto flows.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Web3 Integration</span>: Collaborate with engineering to optimize on-chain settlement, seamlessly connecting fiat payments with wallet interactions for an “instant buy crypto” experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–5 years of internet product experience, with at least 2+ years in wallets, account systems, or payments.</li>\n<li>Strong consumer sense: proven ability to design high-quality prototypes and improve payment success rates.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of payment fundamentals (channels, accounts, clearing &amp; settlement), with rigorous thinking on edge cases.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Web3 industry, wallets, stablecoins, and fiat on-ramp compliance (KYC/AML).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Nice-to-Haves</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cross-border payment project experience, especially in Southeast Asia, LATAM, or Europe.</li>\n<li>English proficiency for direct communication with global partners.</li>\n</ul>",
