With cross-training opportunities available to maximize your earnings and expand your technical knowledge.  If you are looking for a new challenge, come join our team today!</p><p></p><p><b>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead the performance of your equipment center area, supporting the front‑line team in safely operating and maintaining production equipment while driving improvements in area results.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and improve critical control points to consistently meet Safety, Quality, and Performance targets, reducing repeat issues and strengthening process stability.</p></li><li><p>Uphold all safety, quality, and compliance standards while proactively identifying and addressing operational gaps.</p></li><li><p>Ensure consistent execution of preventative maintenance activities and partner with cross‑functional teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.</p></li><li><p>Utilize continuous improvement tools to reduce losses and close KPI gaps, including root cause analysis (5 Whys), structured problem solving, gap analysis, MCRS schedules and action logs, and PDCA/SDCA cycles.</p></li><li><p>Apply data collection, analysis, and visualization (Excel, VBA, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms) to identify trends, validate findings, and support corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Review production plans and coordinate labor and equipment to meet schedule requirements while improving efficiency and maintaining quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Manage area financial performance by monitoring key cost drivers, identifying savings opportunities, and improving efficiency metrics.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree required; a concentration in engineering or related field is strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau or equivalent platforms preferred.</p></li><li><p>3-5&#43; years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or a technical environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and communication skills with demonstrated ability to lead, support, and influence a front‑line team.</p></li><li><p>Proven leadership experience delivering results through coaching, team development, and cross‑functional collaboration.</p></li><li><p>Highly self‑driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective decisions in a fast‑paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Experience with data collection, analysis, and dashboard visualization practices.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience using Excel, VBA, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms to analyze data and support operational decisions.</p></li><li><p>Ability to quickly learn new systems, equipment, and operational platforms and support teams through changes.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:</b>  <br />At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
