    "description": "<p>We are seeking a talented Web Platform Developer to join our team and deliver high-quality web projects while helping us expand our automation, integrations, and AI capabilities.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is ideal for a developer with strong technical expertise in WordPress and modern front-end development, combined with the ability to build integrations, automate workflows, and leverage AI-powered tools to improve internal systems and user experiences.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Web Platform Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect, build, and maintain high-quality websites and digital platforms using WordPress and modern front-end technologies.</li>\n<li>Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performance web experiences.</li>\n<li>Develop reusable front-end components and scalable design systems to support multiple projects and websites.</li>\n<li>Build and manage advanced WordPress functionality including custom themes, plugins, Custom Post Types (CPTs), and dynamic content systems.</li>\n<li>Ensure all builds meet best practices for performance, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Systems Integrations &amp; Automation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement integrations between websites and business platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, payment processors, and analytics platforms.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain API integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party services.</li>\n<li>Build automated workflows that connect internal tools and reduce manual processes across marketing, sales, and operations.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data flow across platforms.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI-Enabled Solutions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement AI-powered features such as chatbots, knowledge assistants, and automation tools within web platforms.</li>\n<li>Integrate AI services and APIs to enhance user experiences, internal tools, and customer support capabilities.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities where AI can improve operational efficiency, automation, or digital experiences.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Platform Performance &amp; Infrastructure</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Optimize website performance including Core Web Vitals, page speed, caching strategies, and asset optimization.</li>\n<li>Manage website hosting environments, CDN configurations, DNS, and deployment processes (Cloudflare, etc.).</li>\n<li>Monitor and troubleshoot website performance, uptime, and technical issues.</li>\n<li>Perform site migrations, backups, and infrastructure improvements when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration &amp;
