    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Hale Trailer Brake &amp; Wheel, Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with an immediate opening at its Elkton, MD branch location. &nbsp;We are looking for a Yard Laborer / Helper to assist the service and rental departments.</p><p>Hale is an industry-leading, family-friendly company offering a challenging and fulfilling career opportunity with an attractive work/life balance. <strong>We offer competitive compensation and excellent medical, vision &amp; dental benefits, paid vacation and a matching 401k. &nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp; <strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Perform yard utility functions and a wide variety of other duties assigned, in a safe manner in accordance with all Company policies, DOT, OSHA and other governmental standards and regulations.</li><li>Unload material as needed in a safe and timely manner</li><li>Assist techs as needed and support them on certain jobs</li><li>Experience in moving a variety of trailers in tight spaces.</li><li>Ensure all containers and trailers are safely and securely parked at the end of each day.</li><li>Help with seasonal branch maintenance including but not limited to; snow removal and cutting lawn.</li><li>Empty all trash cans inside and outside the facility</li><li>Wash all types of trailers as needed, using power washer and brushes.</li><li>Work in all types of environments inside and outside.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with operating a forklift is a plus but not required.</li><li>A current driver&rsquo;s license moving violations for past 3 years is a plus.</li><li>Must present a professional, highly motivated, positive, result-oriented, problem-solving attitude.</li><li>Must have good communication skills.</li><li>Must be able to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Must adhere to all Company policies including safety policies.</li><li>Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.</li></ul><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
