This role involves extensive travel across the assigned region and corporate location(s), along with the ability to respond to issues outside of normal operating hours.</p><p><br></p><p>📍 <strong>Position</strong></p><ul><li>Position: Regional Vice President</li><li>Location: Central and South Florida portfolio</li></ul><p><br></p><p>⭐ <strong>Key Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive experience managing tax credit/affordable (LIHTC) and market rate communities in multi-family housing is highly preferred and will make you stand out</li><li>Proven track record managing growth portfolios, new construction, rehabilitations, and existing properties</li><li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree or CPM designation preferred</li><li>Hands-on experience with Yardi property management software</li><li>Minimum 10+ years in multifamily property management</li><li>Exceptional resident relations skills and a service-first mindset</li></ul><p><br></p><p>✅ <strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide comprehensive direction for all property operations within your portfolio, ensuring the Company and Owner financial and business objectives are achieved</li><li>Direct, supervise, mentor, and develop a team of associates across multiple real estate disciplines</li><li>Review portfolio performance, evaluating marketing, leasing, pricing, and financial strategies</li><li>Prepare annual budgets and business plans, including re-forecasts throughout the year</li><li>Monitor and ensure compliance with business reports, plans, and budgets</li><li>Serve as the key liaison between owners and the portfolio management team</li><li>Guide portfolio and maintenance supervisors through employee and resident conflict resolution</li><li>Monitor resident satisfaction and retention, keeping every community aligned with RPS standards</li><li>Uphold internal and external customer service quality across residents, vendors, brokers, and owners</li><li>Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with RPS safety and cleanliness policies, partnering with the Director of Maintenance and/or Regional Maintenance Supervisors to resolve outstanding issues</li><li>Review and approve monthly, quarterly, discretionary, and annual bonus and commission expenses</li><li>Partner with Payroll, Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Legal, and Risk Management to support your supervisors</li><li>Lead regular informational meetings with direct reports</li><li>Promote and participate in RPS-sponsored training and continuing education, including Fair Housing, safety, discrimination, and harassment prevention</li><li>Ensure all associates complete mandatory training within required deadlines</li><li>Ensure compliance with RPS national operating standards and all Federal, State, and Local Regulations (EEOC, OSHA, LIHTC, Fair Housing, etc.)</li><li>Prepare and analyze reports as directed by RPS officers</li></ul><p><br></p><p>🎓 <strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Education</p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree preferred; CPM designation and certified LIHTC preferred</li></ul><p>Experience</p><ul><li>Minimum 10+ years property management experience required; minimum 3+ years of Yardi software experience</li><li>Prior experience with tax credit/affordable and market rate communities and regions</li><li>Multi-site property management and lease-up experience strongly preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p>🛠️ <strong>Skills &amp; Certifications</strong></p><ul><li>Residential, Multi-Family Property Management experience required</li><li>Mixed portfolio experience with both Market Rate and Affordable required</li><li>Ability to self-manage and prioritize</li><li>Exceptional resident relations skills</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills</li><li>Organized, detailed, and thorough</li><li>Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and Yardi</li><li>Executive leadership skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p>💼 <strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay and benefits package</li><li>Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage</li><li>401(k) retirement plan with employer match of $0.50 for every $1.00 up to 6%</li><li>Student loan repayment assistance and tuition reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time, vacation time, and real opportunities for career advancement</li></ul><p><br></p><p>🤝 <strong>Join Our Team</strong></p><p>Ready to lead with one of the top property management organizations in the country?
