We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs equipment and area cleaning following current SOPs.</li>\n <li>Performs set-up of crimping torquing, shrink-seal, labeling, packaging, off-torque testing and other equipment and ensures that they operate within specifications outlined in SOPs. </li>\n <li>Performs bottle cap off-torque inspection</li>\n <li>Maintains and ensures completeness and accuracy of all documentation associated to work performed.</li>\n <li>Ability to navigate through electronic documentation system. </li>\n <li>Responsible for transactions associated with components and supplies used for batch; to maintain inventory accuracy.</li>\n <li>Follow line clearance requirements to maintain cGMP and cGLP in all work areas.</li>\n <li>Moves finished product into quarantine storage area.</li>\n <li>Prepares bottle, vial and cap using autoclave and dry heat oven.</li>\n <li>Documents production data by completing the batch record, forms, reports and logs.</li>\n <li>Maintains work area and performs necessary housekeeping duties.</li>\n <li>Maintains safe and clean work environment by following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures; complying with safety guidelines and regulations.</li>\n <li>Assures that correct samples are collected and forwarded to QC.</li>\n <li>Assures that all logbooks are maintained and that all required documentation is properly filled out in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Assembles boxes for packaging and labeling.</li>\n <li>Reviews the schedule ahead of time and performs timely staging of required materials.</li>\n <li>Suggests changes in departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned by Lead or Supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills/Education: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Good work history</li>\n <li>Minimum 1 year of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>General education (High School)</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Metric System.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).</li>\n <li>Ability to speak, read, and write English. </li>\n <li>Good oral and written communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Salary and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>For California, the base salary range for this position is $20.24 - $26.28 per hour.
