Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities Manage new hire experience and follow-up touchpoints Support employee engagement and recognition events Coordinate volunteer and wellness initiatives Maintain HR calendars and communication schedules Support HR administrative and program logistics Assist with interview scheduling and onboarding documentation Conduct candidate screening activities, including reviewing applications and supporting the initial evaluation of applicant qualifications Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for HR records and documentation Manage job postings, including creating, publishing, updating, and closing positions in accordance with hiring needs Administer E-Verify processes to confirm employee eligibility in compliance with federal regulations Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred 1–3 years HR or administrative experience Strong organizational and communication skills Experience coordinating programs or events preferred Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
