With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever-changing world.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Education and/or Experience:</u></strong>High School Diploma or equivalent.</p>\n<p>People Skills.</p>\n<p>Customer Service.<strong><u>Language Skills:</u></strong>Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English.<strong><u>Mathematical Skills:</u></strong>Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply & divide).</p>\n<p>Must be able to read a tape measure or rule in both standard & metric.<strong><u>Reasoning Ability:</u></strong></p>\n<p>Problem solving ability.</p>\n<p>Understanding the cost of production, including cost saving ideas and implementation.</p>\n<p><strong><u>RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong>Responsible for performing daily inspections of the forklift and operating it in a safe and controlled manner.</p>\n<p>Responsible for cutting cores for all lines.</p>\n<p>Responsible for minimizing core waste by cutting all cores within specification.</p>\n<p>Responsible for transporting all packaging supplies to the appropriate lines, then returning them to their designated storage area.</p>\n<p>Responsible for transporting all boxed materials to the appropriate lines, then returning them to the designated return area.</p>\n<p>Responsible for maintaining the core and corrugated storage areas in an organized and controlled manner.</p>\n<p>Responsible for transporting all finished goods to the loading docks and loading the products onto the shuttles or outbound trailers.</p>\n<p>Responsible for unloading any materials that may be received at the plant from shuttles or inbound trailers.</p>\n<p>Responsible for gathering and taking out all garbage and dumping it in the appropriate dumpsters.</p>\n<p>Responsible for ensuring that all materials brought into the plant are clean and free of any foreign debris.<strong><u>Qualification Requirements:</u></strong>Have an excellent attendance record.</p>\n<p>Have an excellent safety record.</p>\n<p>Familiar with best practice safety procedures.</p>\n<p>Completion of ISO training.</p>\n<p>Good written and oral communications skills.<strong><u>Physical Demands:</u></strong>Must work a 12 hour work day.</p>\n<p>Requires standing, walking, kneeling, bending and reaching.</p>\n<p>Requires pushing and pulling roll carts and hoists.</p>\n<p>Requires lifting up to 55 pounds.</p>\n<p>Requires ascending and descending ladders throughout the work day.</p>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Demands:</u></strong>Must work a 12 hour work day.</p>\n<p>Requires standing, walking, kneeling, bending and reaching.</p>\n<p>Requires pushing and pulling roll carts and hoists.</p>\n<p>Requires lifting up to 55 pounds.</p>\n<p>Requires ascending and descending ladders throughout the work day.</p>",
