Description

Moneta is searching for a service-minded Finance professional to join one of our Partner teams as a Senior Client Service Manager. As a Senior Client Service Manager, you will work directly with the team’s Advisors and Partner on a wide spectrum of projects that are focused on the client’s needs. In everything we do, we focus on the client and their needs first in order to deliver the best possible experience. Essential Responsibilities Assists Advisors and Partner in daily operations and has a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures Acts as a mentor and provides guidance and training to new and additional client service manager team members Acts as a liaison between the team Advisors and Partner and other team client service managers Has an understanding of complex estate, tax planning, insurance needs, and investment-planning knowledge Has established rapport with all assigned clients as a trusted liaison between the client and their Advisor and/or Partner Demonstrates knowledge consistent with preparation of Financial Action Plans and recommendations for a client’s financial situation Implements Partner and/or Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems (i.e. Schwab, Fidelity, etc.) Coordinates account transfers and confirms cost basis information for incoming assets Populates and maintains systems data and client files Verifies client account cash balances, generates and reviews monthly available cash report Facilitates and tracks the onboarding process of new clients to Moneta systems and processes; ensures proper completion of all paperwork Works directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines and industry cut-off times Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or finance Three or more years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Applications Additional Information Moneta is committed to providing the best possible care for our employees; part of this care includes offering comprehensive benefits that enhance the well-being of employees and their families: Paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) Employer cost-shared medical and dental insurance Employer paid short-term disability, long-term disability, AD&D insurance, and basic life insurance 401k Match – 50% of employee contributions up to 6% of compensation Discretionary annual profit-sharing bonus Paid parental leave Professional development reimbursement Paid volunteer time off (VTO) Employee referral incentive bonus program Onsite wellness programs & rewards Employee engagement activities Moneta is a fiduciary fee-only Registered Investment Advisory firm and unable to hold securities licenses with the exception of Series 65.
