    "requisitionDescription": "<div><h1 data-pasted=\"true\">Position Available: Executive Producer, Posted on the Corner with Incognito</h1><p><strong><u>Overview:</u></strong></p><p>Syndicated Network targeting the African-American community is seeking an Executive Producer for the <strong><em>Posted on the Corner with Incognito</em></strong> syndicated radio show.&nbsp;</p><p>Candidate will be responsible for on-air show operations including audio board operations, producing various audio elements - jingles &amp; promos and programming packages; maintaining &amp; importing audio commercials, loading commercial logs TXT files, and troubleshooting for the nightly show.&nbsp;</p><p>Position is based in Atlanta, GA.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Responsible for all aspects of audio board operations for POTC show.</li><li>Collaborate with talent and production staff to produce audio elements to brand daily radio shows.</li><li>Assist engineering with troubleshooting technical problems relating to show equipment.</li><li>Assist in producing Programming packages as needed for POTC show.</li><li>Load the Audio Vault Wide Orbit with all files needed to run POTC show including music, jingles, sound effects, interviews, and comedy bits.</li><li>Prepare and maintain program commercial logs for POTC show.</li><li>Import commercials and TXT files to the Broadcast computer at scheduled times.</li><li>Set-up Remote Broadcast for POTC show including booking studio time; insuring staff at each studio; setting up broadcast equipment testing with corresponding engineers.</li><li>Provide creative imaging services including voice ID&rsquo;s, promos, pre-recorded shows, and special production for POTC show.</li><li>Produce daily show promos and bulk send to radio station affiliates.</li><li>Prepare &ldquo;best of&rdquo; show when needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in preparing remote broadcast budgets for show.</li><li>Provide board operator and production assistance as needed/requested by management for other Reach Media programming.</li><li>Attend scheduled meetings with talent and senior management.</li><li>Assist with the management of liners/drops, ID&rsquo;s for affiliates and show operations as assigned by management.&nbsp;</li></ul><table border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"919\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"bottom\" style=\"width: 30.6941%;\"><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p></td><td valign=\"bottom\" style=\"width: 7.70065%;\"><p><br></p></td><td valign=\"bottom\" style=\"width: 7.70065%;\"><p><br></p></td><td valign=\"bottom\" style=\"width: 7.70065%;\"><p><br></p></td><td valign=\"bottom\" style=\"width: 7.70065%;\"><p><br></p></td><td valign=\"bottom\" style=\"width: 7.70065%;\"><p><br></p></td><td valign=\"bottom\" style=\"width: 7.70065%;\"><p><br></p></td><td valign=\"bottom\" style=\"width: 7.70065%;\"><p><br></p></td><td valign=\"bottom\" style=\"width: 7.70065%;\"><p><br></p></td><td valign=\"bottom\" style=\"width: 7.70065%;\"><p><br></p></td></tr></tbody></table><ul><li>Extremely creative and able to effectively prioritize tasks while being attentive to details.</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills to work as part of a team in a creative and diverse environment.</li><li>Creative problem solving to make spontaneous decisions under time constraints.</li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure situations.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong computer skills including Internet website navigation, competency in Microsoft Office Suite and broadcast related programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong technical skills including knowledge of basic audio editing equipment-Audio Wide Orbit, Adobe Audition, MCart technology and VoxPro to quickly and effectively screen calls.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of the digital environment including website updates, video editing, blog maintenance and contributing to social media content (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc).</li><li>Flexibility to adjust work schedule as needed in order to support show demands.</li><li>High level of creativity and ability to develop show concepts.</li><li>Ability to travel as needed for remote broadcasts.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Experience/Education:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High School Diploma or education degree (GED).
