    "description": "<p>This is a remote-first, client-facing leadership role responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-impact financial solutions.</p>\n<p>The Solutions Architect serves as a trusted advisor, partnering with clients, sales, and delivery teams to shape strategy, define solution architecture, and ensure successful end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Solution Architecture &amp; Delivery Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design and architecture of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions aligned to client business objectives</li>\n<li>Guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle — from discovery and solution design through deployment and optimization</li>\n<li>Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with Oracle best practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Advisory &amp; Engagement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on financial processes and system capabilities</li>\n<li>Lead design workshops, requirement sessions, and executive-level discussions</li>\n<li>Build strong, long-term client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and delivery excellence</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sales &amp; Solutioning Partnership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Sales and Solutioning teams to support pre-sales activities, including solution design, estimations, and client presentations</li>\n<li>Contribute to pipeline growth by identifying opportunities and shaping compelling, value-driven solutions</li>\n<li>Support proposal development and participate in client pursuits</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Practice Development &amp; Innovation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the development of industry-specific solutions, accelerators, and best practices within the Oracle Financials practice</li>\n<li>Continuously enhance delivery methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and client outcomes</li>\n<li>Stay current on Oracle Cloud innovations and bring forward-thinking solutions to clients</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership &amp; Mentorship</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide architectural oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with design and delivery standards</li>\n<li>Mentor and develop consultants and functional leads across engagements</li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture across onshore and offshore teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Governance &amp; Quality Assurance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee solution quality, risk management, and adherence to project timelines and budgets</li>\n<li>Partner with project leadership to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery</li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation, design integrity, and compliance with internal standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field</li>\n<li>12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with a strong focus on Financials</li>\n<li>8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (Fusion)</li>\n<li>Deep expertise across core Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.)</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of financial processes and their integration with upstream/downstream systems (including SCM)</li>\n<li>Experience leading large-scale, complex implementations and distributed teams</li>\n<li>Strong client-facing presence with excellent communication and presentation skills</li>\n<li>Proven ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Success Looks Like</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architected solutions that drive measurable business value for clients</li>\n<li>High client satisfaction and long-term partnerships</li>\n<li>Strong alignment between sales, delivery, and client expectations</li>\n<li>Delivery excellence across complex, multi-stream implementations</li>\n<li>A growing, knowledge-rich Oracle Financials practice</li>\n</ul>",
