Your Day-to-Day:
Prepare guest, catering, and online orders to spec, ensuring portion accuracy
Keep the line fully stocked and ready throughout the day
Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
Assist in prep work, restocking, and keeping utensils/bowls clean
Help close the day by cleaning and organizing the salad line, prep tables, and equipment
Follow all knife safety protocols and learn our seasonally changing menu
Adhere to our uniform policy and maintain a polished appearance
Take on additional tasks as needed by your manager
