          "text": "<p>As our&#xa0;Sr. International Product Integrity Specialist,&#xa0;you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet legal&#xa0;requirements to&#xa0;be sold in multiple international markets. You will&#xa0;be responsible for&#xa0;setting up programs to gather and&#xa0;validate&#xa0;internal Vuori data for external reporting. This position requires a deep knowledge of&#xa0;data structures, record keeping,&#xa0;documentation&#xa0;and&#xa0;reporting.&#xa0;We are particularly interested in someone who is ready to learn new skills and is keen to make improvements both in their professional growth&#xa0;and also&#xa0;in our energetic and ambitious team.&#xa0;In addition, the successful candidate will have a willingness to learn about&#xa0;global product compliance regulations (particularly in&#xa0;Europe), an entrepreneurial&#xa0;attitude&#xa0;and excellent communication skills.&#xa0;A curiosity&#xa0;about global product safety regulations will also be highly valued.&#xa0;</p><p>This role will report to our Director of Global Product Compliance based in California, USA.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What you'll get to do:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as our subject matter expert on&#xa0;Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting&#xa0;</li><li>Develop strategic approaches to address new and emerging EPR requirements and close gaps in existing programs&#xa0;</li><li>Stay&#xa0;up to date&#xa0;with relevant international regulations and industry best practices. This is particularly relevant for our business in Europe and Canada&#xa0;</li><li>Establish great working relationships with Planning, Merchandising, Sourcing, Finance and Legal teams to ensure&#xa0;a high level&#xa0;of confidence in the programs in your&#xa0;portfolio&#xa0;</li><li>Be ready to learn new skills as the regulatory landscape changes.&#xa0;This includes, but is not limited to EPR schemes&#xa0;in the US, Europe and Canada, General Product Safety Regulation&#xa0;and PPWR&#xa0;in the EU&#xa0;&amp;&#xa0;CPSC e-Filing in the US&#xa0;</li><li>Be a trusted point of contact for our suppliers and partners to reach out to when it comes to questions about&#xa0;product volumes, packaging volumes, testing requirements, compliance&#xa0;programs&#xa0;and sustainability initiatives&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain internal compliance documentation and support fee payments through coordination&#xa0;with Finance teams&#xa0;</li><li>International and Domestic travel as needed up to&#xa0;5% of the year&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Be&#xa0;a great team&#xa0;player – you are going to work with talented individuals, so we value collaboration and integrity&#xa0;</li></ul>",
