The result is a powerful new voice in full-service artist representation that combines our entrepreneurial passion to create ground-breaking partnerships for our clients across multiple business lines and platforms, with our renowned deal making acumen and rich industry relationships our agents provide.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></u></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Assistant to support two seasoned, high-volume agents in our Tour Marketing team as well as support the Agency’s top-tier music and comedy client roster. The position requires a communicative and thoughtful individual who can take initiative while learning on the job.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Duties</strong></u></p><p>· Support the execution of national and global tour launches for music and comedy clients</p><p>· Collect, organize, and review marketing and ticketing deliverables&nbsp;</p><p>· Proof marketing and ticketing deliverables&nbsp;</p><p>· Cross-check ticketing links, pre-sales, and VIP program implementation&nbsp;</p><p>· Maintain tracking spreadsheets for tour marketing client roster</p><p>· Communicate with high-profile buyers, promoters, and managers, while understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism</p><p>· Roll calls, manage calendars, and take meeting notes</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Skills And Qualifications</strong></u></p><p>· Strong organizational skills: impeccable ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines</p><p>· Exemplary follow-through: the ability to initiate projects, develop timelines, and meet deadlines</p><p>· Excellent communication skills: the ability to clearly convey ideas, actively listen, and collaborate effectively with others</p><p>· Ideal attributes: resourceful, proactive, diligent, reliable, trustworthy, and assertive</p><p>· Strong attention to detail</p><p>· Ability to identify problems, brainstorm, and implement solutions</p><p>· Work well in a team environment</p><p>· Ability to maintain discretion and a high level of confidentiality</p><p>· Strong knowledge of G-Suite and MS Office</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Please note</strong>: This is a full-time, in-office position based in Los Angeles, CA.
