Our many long-term, successful partnerships are built upon trust, integrity and successful delivery and execution.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and collaborate with Engineering and Delivery leadership to fulfil resource requirements effectively and efficiently</li><li>Manage documentation of the resources shared with the team via online database</li><li>Keep the management updated on overall status of resourcing requests and any related challenges</li><li>Acting as the focal point for all resourcing related queries</li><li>Keep track of resources being released from projects and assist in next allocations</li><li>Set and manage internal stakeholder expectation; being aware of potential issues that require proactive communication</li><li>Consult with the management and provide monthly updates</li><li>Stay updated on the ongoing and upcoming resourcing requirements</li><li>Derive the team towards best utilization of resources and be able to fit the best resource matching the best opportunity</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences</li><li>At least 7+ years of working experience with exposure in technical recruitment, forming software project teams, and training</li><li>Experience working with multiple project teams</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Hands-on experience in organizing and managing a large pool of resources</li><li>Must be able to multi-task and be able to deal well with pressure</li><li>Have an understanding of various technology stacks</li><li>Must have extensive team management skills</li><li>Prior Software Development experience would be an added advantage</li></ul>",
