          "text": "<p><strong>Job Title: Senior .NET Developer with P&amp;C Domain</strong><br>\n<strong>Location: PA or Piscataway, NJ – Onsite<br>\nRate: $40/hr. on W2<br>\nDuration: 12+ Months</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Must Have Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>.NET Web Portals</li><li>Crystal Reports</li><li>Property and Casualty (P&amp;C) Domain experience</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Travel to client locations as needed to conduct onsite meetings, gather business requirements, and document functional and technical specifications.</li><li>Design and architect scalable, efficient, and secure back-end solutions based on client requirements.</li><li>Lead a team of back-end developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship.</li><li>Write and maintain high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code using <strong>C#</strong> and <strong>.NET Core/.NET Framework</strong>.</li><li>Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless communication between front-end applications and databases.</li><li>Design, implement, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases to support application needs.</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams (front-end, DevOps, QA, product management) to ensure end-to-end project success.</li><li>Act as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders during all phases of the project lifecycle.</li><li>Strong P&amp;C Insurance domain experience</li><li>Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system design, architecture, and deployment guides.</li></ul><p><strong>&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong>:</p><ul><li>Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework.</li><li>Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.</li><li>Strong expertise in SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and query optimization.</li><li>Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub).</li><li>Experience with asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware in .NET.</li></ul>",
