May assist in circulating duties in the surgical suite.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2> \n<ul> \n <li>Maintains aseptic technique while providing a quiet environment in the OR suite respecting the dignity and privacy of the patient.</li> \n <li>Shares in OR suite preparation.  Uses and maintains specialized equipment and supplies used for specific surgical procedures.</li> \n <li>Anticipates the needs of the surgeon to expedite the procedure.</li> \n <li>Utilizes surgical instruments and knowledge of the step-by-step sequences of surgical procedures.</li> \n <li>Assumes shared responsibility for proper handling of surgical specimens.</li> \n <li>Assists in training and orientation of new employees.</li> \n <li>Performs other duties as required or assigned.</li> \n</ul> \n<h2>Qualifications</h2>A graduate of an approved school of surgical technology or program accepted by the Association of Surgical Technologists required\n<h2>Required Licensure/Certifications</h2>\n<strong>REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:</strong> • (BLS) Basic Life Support • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) \n<strong>REQUIRED REGISTRATION(S):</strong> • NH Medical Technician (MEDT1030) OR Tmp Medical Technician (MEDT1051)",
