    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(132, 63, 161); font-weight: bold\">Job Purpose</span></p>\n<p>As a Junior SDET at CR2, you will work within a Scrum team supporting and elevating the quality of our digital banking solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will gain hands-on experience working close to our products — understanding requirements, supporting test design, and contributing to both manual and automated testing.<br><br></p>\n<p>This role is suited to candidates with solid QA fundamentals who are looking to grow their technical and automation skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.<br><br></p>\n<p>Our Hybrid Working Model requires employees to be on-site three days per week in our Amman / Bangalore office.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br><span style=\"color: rgb(132, 63, 161); font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Agile Team Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate actively in all Agile ceremonies, contributing meaningful input during refinement, planning and standups.</li>\n<li>Review user stories and acceptance criteria, providing accurate QA effort estimates.</li>\n<li>Communicate progress, risks, and blockers proactively.</li>\n<li>Build strong product understanding to ensure testing aligns with business objectives.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Test Design &amp; Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create, maintain and run automated tests across Web, Mobile and API.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure risk-based and comprehensive coverage of new and existing features.</li>\n<li>Identify, document, and reports defects with clarity.</li>\n<li>Work effectively within a continuous delivery environment using Jira and test management tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Automation Frameworks:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop clean, maintainable automated test scripts.</li>\n<li>Contribute to enhancing automation frameworks for stability, scalability, and efficiency.</li>\n<li>Participate in code reviews and uphold automation quality standards.</li>\n<li>Continuously seek opportunities to increase automation coverage and reduce manual effort.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Environment, Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Configure and maintain test environments and data as required.</li>\n<li>Track defects through to resolution and validate fixes thoroughly.</li>\n<li>Maintain and enhance documentation - “how-to” guides.</li>\n<li>Identify and propose practical improvements to QA processes and tooling.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(132, 63, 161); font-weight: bold\"><br>Required Experience, Skills &amp; Competencies</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Capability:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Java programming skills with the ability to write maintainable, testable code.</li>\n<li>Experience with API testing, UI automation, and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with tools such as Git, RestAssured, Selenium, TestNG, and Appium.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><br>Analytical &amp; Detail-Oriented</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.</li>\n<li>High attention to detail, including identification of edge cases and risk areas.</li>\n<li>Commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Communication &amp; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.</li>\n<li>2+ years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance.</li>\n<li>Experience delivering automation solutions for web and/or mobile applications.</li>\n<li>Understanding of Agile/Scrum and iterative delivery models.</li>\n<li>Experience working within structured test environments and release cycles.</li>\n<li>Exposure to regulated industries (banking, fintech, payments, or card processing) is advantageous.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(132, 63, 161);
