The role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners and contributes to key business initiatives that support the company&rsquo;s long-term strategy.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a hybrid position based in Glen Allen, VA and reports to the Senior Director, Product Marketing.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Support the development and execution of category strategy and product roadmap for the Mixing &amp; Opening portfolio.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and post-market optimization</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver successful product launches</li><li>Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions</li><li>Support pricing strategy, margin targets, and overall portfolio performance</li><li>Assist in preparing business cases, product briefs, and launch plans</li><li>Monitor in-market performance and recommend actions to drive growth and improve results</li><li>Contribute to innovation pipeline development and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred</li><li>7+ years of experience in product management, category management, or related roles within consumer goods</li><li>Experience in physical product management, appliances, or consumer hardgoods preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience supporting P&amp;L performance</li><li>Ability to translate consumer insights and market data into actionable product strategies</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Hamilton Beach Brands offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support your well-being and long-term success.
