    "description": "<p>AB Facility Services is looking for a Nighttime Cleaner to provide the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area in a Passenger Rail Station.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Essential Functions:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>· Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs cleaning duties such as: washing walls and glass and removing trash.</p>\n<p>· Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs.</p>\n<p>· Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.</p>\n<p>· Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.</p>\n<p>· Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>· Vacuum all carpets wall to wall.</p>\n<p>· Clean and Sanitize Restrooms.</p>\n<p>· Sweep all hard surface floors.</p>\n<p>· Clean and sanitize drinking fountain.</p>\n<p>· Spot clean metal doorframes and door tracks.</p>\n<p>· Damp mop all hard surface floors.</p>\n<p>· Clean all entrance door glass on both sides and polish frames.</p>\n<p>· Dust all ledges.</p>\n<p>· Clean all glass/windows.</p>\n<p>· Remove all trash collected.</p>\n<p>· Clean and deodorize trash containers.</p>\n<p>· Miscellaneous duties as assigned.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>· Must be 18 years of age or older.</p>\n<p>· Must meet all requirements to work legally in the U.S.</p>\n<p>MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK</p>\n<p>MUST BE RELIABLE</p>\n<p>MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS</p>\n<p>MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Work Schedule:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>· Part-time, Night Shift</p>\n<p>· Mondays - Fridays</p>\n<p>· 11:00PM-1:00AM</p>\n<p>*Saturday - Sunday</p>\n<p>12:00AM-2:00AM</p>\n<p>*$13.00/HOUR</p>",
