Your big-picture mindset is perfect for this role!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What to Expect</strong></p>\n<p>As an HVAC Install Mechanic:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>You’ll remove, install, and start-up new HVAC systems, including ductwork.</li>\n <li>You’ll work with several departments to continually improve the process and flow of information, as well as to provide timely and accurate installation.</li>\n <li>You’ll analyze work orders, provide excellent customer service, follow a daily travel schedule, listen to customer concerns, and proactively solve problems. </li>\n <li>You’ll request necessary parts and equipment in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete each installation job.</li>\n <li>Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs                    </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Morris-Jenkins wo</strong><strong>n Top Workplace 11 Times!!</strong></p>\n<p><strong></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The Super-Fun HR Stuff</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications for HVAC Install Mechanics:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>At least two years of Residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Valid local driver’s license with acceptable driving record</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Acceptable criminal background record</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Strong customer service skills</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Strong mechanical aptitude</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Ability to work synergistically with crew partner(s), also independently and accurately</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Commitment to company values</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Basic computer skills</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Reliable attendance</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language</strong></li>\n <li>Service Titan Experience preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Morris-Jenkins is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
